These terms apply whenever you order merchandise, request access to an ASW Lab plugin, or otherwise use aswcollective.com.
Adding an item to your cart and submitting the order form sends us an order request by email; it is not an automatic, binding purchase. We will confirm availability, final pricing, and payment details with you directly before anything is shipped or delivered.
Prices shown on the site are in euros. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming an order with you.
If you are ordering as a consumer within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, subject to standard exceptions. Digital products such as ASW Lab plugins may be excluded from this right once download or access has started, in line with applicable consumer law; this section should be reviewed and confirmed for your jurisdiction.
Plugins offered through ASW Lab are currently in beta and provided as-is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, while in beta. Licensing terms for the full release will be published when each plugin leaves beta.
All music, artwork, branding and plugin software on this site remain the property of ASW Collective or the respective artists, and may not be reproduced without permission.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise; this should be confirmed based on where ASW Collective is currently established.
